Right of Withdrawal
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods, provided you have ordered more than one product in a single order and they are delivered together.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Allegrarte, Attn: Samira Bottacin, Römerstrasse 8, 4148 Pfeffingen, Switzerland, Email: Allegrarte.merch@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
5. Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
For the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is significant or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
For the delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
For the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered only after 30 days and the value of which is dependent on fluctuations in the market which the trader cannot control;
For the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
For the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;
For the delivery of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
For the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if the seal was removed after delivery.
