Payment and Shipping

Shipping Conditions

We ship from Switzerland to both domestic and international locations.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

• Domestic Shipments (Switzerland): We charge a flat shipping fee of 4 CHF per order.

• International Shipments: We charge a flat shipping fee of 16 CHF per order.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the offer, delivery will be as follows:

• Domestic Shipments (Switzerland): Delivery usually takes approximately 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly.

• International Shipments: Delivery typically takes 5-14 business days after the conclusion of the contract (or after receipt of your payment if prepayment was agreed). Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
